	Do you charge for a visit and estimate of a job?
	No we would look at the job in question and give our advice on the best solution and supply a quotation for the work to be carried out.

	Is it expensive to repair a roof.
	No, most people think it can cost £1,000's to repair a roof a leaking roof. This is usually however not the case as single slates can be replaced from 45 if access to the problem area is easy.

	I have several leaks to my roof and guttering and a damp patch on my ceiling. Does this mean I need a new roof?
	Most roofs can be repaired without the need of a new roof.

	I'm thinking of having a having a new roof on my small terrace house what would the cost be?
	A small terrace house roof cost would start from around £2500 for a new roof in man made slate.

	Can you live in the house when a new roof is been fitted?
	Of course, a new roof can normally be erected within a week with minimal disturbance.

	Does someone need to be at home when the work is carried out?
	All work is carried out external so you don't need to be present.

	How often do I need to have my roof inspected?
	We would advise to have your gutters cleaned annually to have flat roofs inspected every 5 years and to have pitched roofs inspected every 3-5 years.

	My guttering is rotten and in poor condition, can this be replaced on its own without replacing the roof?
	Yes gutters are regulary replaced without replacing the roof.
